Howdy!

Looking for characters with the following:

Advanced Laboratory Operation
Advanced Mass Production
Skills for T2 module invention. (Eg hacking / racial encryption methods etc)

Not looking for wasted SP if i can help it, Have a pretty high budget, Please link skillbook and how much you are looking for! Buying 1-2 characters with the above skills.
