My budget is 4-5 bil. I can go up to 6 on a nice toon, but I am trying to stay within budget.

Ideally I am looking for something with 15mil+ sp.

This character will be living in low/null/w-space- I don't care what your sec status is and who has killrights on you.

Requirements-
-Name starting with letter R and below (plz nerf local)
-Focused in Amarr OR Minmatar subcaps
-Can properly fit/fly a racial bomber, battlecruiser, and battleship


Poast them links- even if you are above my price range, or a few months from my requirements, as I am trying to get a feel of the market.
