I just got this message when attempting to declare war on a large alliance. The alliance is an alliance, not a corporation, they have definitely not disbanded, and we have no recent or active wars against them or any of their corporations. I had declared another war a matter of minutes/seconds before, but that should not affect it in any way. We have not been at war with this alliance in over a month. The money required for the war is in the correct wallet.

This is a problem.
