As above i am approaching the end of my trial, and will more than likely subscribe for at least a month. My question is this, once i have subscribed does it automatically renew each month ie direct debit, or do i need to manually pay a subscription charge each month before the 30 days runs out? i understand that i pay £5 extra the first time.

If you pay by card it automatically renews 3 days before the subscription runs out.

Direct Debit is also a recurring subscription method (i.e. it will automatically renew every subscription period).

Hope you stay with us!

That's new, and I disapprove of it.

People can direct debit from accounts that are not credit accounts. An automatic debit could cost someone punitive interest rates if they go negative on a savings account.

forever.

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Yup, I've NEVER heard of an account deletion before. Bans for being bad, yes, but no deletions.

CCP's legal stuff says they are obligated to only hold it for a certain amount of time but they always end up keeping it several years passed that period hehe.

This is what we call corporate doublespeak, and what he means to say is that at the moment they never delete trial accounts, but if the database ever needs more space, they'll be the first to go Big smile

well i managed to upgrade to a full account however at stage 3 of the process i was met with a red banner telling me the offer i had picked was not valid, i guess this refers to the cerebal accelerator. i never reached stage 4 the reciept bit. i did press back to try again so i am abit concerned if i will be charged twice....:( i hope not.
