Either an Amarr BS pilot, Hulk Pilot or , PI char.

Amarr BS pilot: Has to be able to do litle more than sit in it and fire the guns.

Hulk pilot: T1 strip miners, basic drones is fine.

PI char: Must have Command center upgrades 5 and planetoligy4(5 is better but im not to picky)


I WILL NOT spend over 1.2billion so dont show if you are not ok with that. Any questions feel free to ask me, i dont bite....to hard.
