Account stolen - CCP takes a month to respond

Thank you for the attention you have given my petition. I figured I'd at least stop by and tell you why my accounts are cancelled. Good luck CCP, you'll need it.

There's a survey asking you why?? when you cancel, you can use that too.

If your account was stolen, how did you send a petition?

Also, pretty sure there's a specific place to send that kind of request, and it's not the GMs.

Specifically, here you go:

To regain access to a compromised account/reset the password. Hopefully you should stop using "password" or "12345", as well. I mean, that's the combination on my luggage.

Remember that they are human as well. Most people will be polite to you and more eager to help if whoever contacts them are polite and forthcoming. Not sayong they wont help people who are acting like..well..who are rude, but im sure they feel "better" about helping someone who treat them like a fellow human beeing.
Considering your attitude in this post.. Well im guessing you werent very helpful with CCP either.

But from what i have seen on the forums and so on things like this does take a long time to solve since its a serius claim (and a very very naughty thing to do) thus it requieres thural (sp) investigation on their part. For all they know the account never belonged to you but you are pissed at someone and is making up these claims to damage them, or you shared your account details with someone and they "stole" your account.

No matter what its not a situation they can solve within 5 minutes, and coming to the forums to complain about the time it takes, and then ofc feeling the need to tell CCP in public that your quitting because of them taking to long with a serius issue like this.. Im not sure what you expected but i honestly doubt that it will do you any favors or that ISD will run to CCP and say "OMG OMG! Were loosing a sub!".

As someone else mentioned, im sure there is a survey asking why you quit. That will atleast be seen and noted by CCP and might be taken a bit more seriusly.

Good luck with whatever you end up doing.
