1. I didn't think I LIKE IT would take it the wrong way if I said he had been a prick in conversation, it's kind of the role he's been playing with this alt. Every question I've asked or email I've sent has been responded to with a short phrase in capital letters, or just ignored completely (seriosuly?)

2. The bond was supposed to have completed on the 8th of this month. I've repaid the interest and the principal early. I'm only withholding- paying the Bonus EARLY, I have yet to FAIL paying it ON TIME. And tell me again how repaying my bond early and withholding an EARLY bonus is to the detriment of my investor? I'm not clear on this...

3. Again, I've repaid EARLY - I have set no new terms, I have made a request. I just have a few questions that can't be answered with 3-word respooses in capital letters.

I won't be coming back here for a loan, I won't need another one. I just needed to get my feet off the ground and I have done so. My purpose here, very literally, is to enable future investors to have the same shot I had. I hate it that the MD forums have turned into a place where nobody trusts anybody anymore. Economics points out the lessons to be learned from assymetric information and adverse selection.

Yvomorssier (sp) cracked, I think, because I LIKE IT did not fulfill a few simple obligations that come along with being an investor. All of these people assaulted his thread with posts about I LIKE IT being his alt, and him being a scammer (when he was just making good on his loan). He couldn't handle it and cracked (or maybe he planned on scaming from the beginning, but then why repay interest?). Both investors and investees have responsibilities on a forum like this. I LIKE IT gave the money, but he didn't fulfill the rest of his bargain. These responsibilites are unstated and are nothing more than a decent courtesy.

TLDR;
What can I do to not be part of the problem and to be part of the solution?

I do not find it surprising that someone who creates a burnable alt for anonymous investing does not respond to eve-mails. I am quite satisfied that the insults qualify as "banter" and we can leave it there.

The wording you used suggested to me that payment of the bonus was contingent upon questions being answered by I LIKE IT over voice comms.

If you have not changed the terms and intend to pay your advertised interest on time regardless of the result (or lack thereof) of your request for a voice comms interview, then I stand corrected.

While courtesy is something that many of us value, it is not something to be expected of all investors and certainly not on pain of financial penalty. If that were the case then it would need to be explicitly stated as part of the investment terms. I seem to remember some investees have placed such terms on investment in their offerings in the past (Shar Tegral springs to mind) and the explicit nature of these special terms point to it being the exception and not the rule.

It is unreasonable (and futile) to expect such courtesy in a forum about a game that is populated by such a diverse group of people including children, people of limited education, people for whom English is not a first (or even second) language and people that have not yet learned how to effectively use a keyboard. By what standard could you righteously judge or police such courtesy?

I am sure many of the more curmudgeonly of us would like to insist people at least attempt decent to capitalisation, punctuation and formatting in their posts too.

On the subject of Yvormessier: he is apparently unstable, unreliable, dishonorable and a thief. I don't think any complaints he may have had about his investor's conduct change or justify anything.
