Scanning bugged?

Since after DT today I have been having problems scanning sites down in Tash Murkon region. I'm managing to get down to 2AU, sometimes 1AU but then when I drop the range lower the sites disappear. Increasing range back out a level or 2 in range sees the sigs return and you can scan back down to where you lost them, but yet again, they disappear. Moving probes around, trying different ones (tried regular t1 and sisters core and combat probes with same results) and rebooting hasn't resolved it. I've tried in several systems with same results.

It's not a skills or fitting issue.

Anyone else having similar issues?

Change the positioning/layout of your probes. Relog, Clear cache?

Something like that happened to me a while ago. It was one of those grav sites that are extremely difficult to scan down. The deviation is so great that on a bad hit, you drop out of scan range when you reduce the probe's range.

What I did was to stick with the higher scan range and then manually move around from the last hit and try to find a higher signal strength hit by rescanning. Tedious, but after a while I was able to reduce the scan range and still get a hit. Found out it was a grav site but never managed to get a 100% hit as I wasn't in my covops at that time. A hemorphite site, so it was expected to be difficult for highsec.

But yeah, grav sites are sometimes terribly annoying to fix down.

All done but same results. I've been scanning for several years, old system and new so is not an issue with how I'm doing it nor of skills.

Yeah, 1st 1 I thought it was something like that, but this was EVERY signature in 3 systems. And the site's weren't just not resolving to 100%, they were disappearing completely. Most of my time in Eve I spend scanning sites now. I can usually get any one in high sec done in a few minutes. The sites are simply disappearing from scan, moving probes, using all types of different probes, relogging, clearing cache, changing systems... none of them fix it.

Ok, full system and modem reboot and issue seems to have gone away. Thanks for the responses.
