[.TNR.] Statement regarding employees

Toin Night Research wishes to make the following clear:


  1. We respect and recognize the jurisdiction of legally constituted local administrations over our non-capsuleer employees when they are within the geographic territory of such authorities, whether planetary or station-side.
  2. We require all such employees to abide by and obey locally relevant laws, ordinances and regulations.
  3. Notwithstanding the above, we do not waive our right of extradition over any .TNR. employee to .TNR. custody should we consider circumstances warrant it.
  4. We anticipate and rely on the protection of our employees' persons, property and locally-relevant rights by all legally constituted local administrations and their agencies.
  5. We regard any interference with the persons, property or locally-relevant rights of .TNR. employees by any agency, administration, individual or group other than legally constituted local administrations to be unwarranted and illegal.
  6. We give our full support to such local authorities in their efforts to protect employees of .TNR. and other individuals from any such illegal actions.
  7. Such support may be in any form we consider consistent with our responsibilities to our employees.
