The time for revolution has come.

With the recent crimes committed by the Caldari Providence Directorate against the Caldari Corporate Justice system, attacks on protestors and law-abiding Caldari State citizens alike, there is no longer any time to wait for events to plot their own course.

We, together, must bring down Tibus Heth.

Stand up for the State. Sound the call to arms.

Gatling turrets, blaster rifles, explosives and Caldari Steel shall decide if we live as a upright and prosperous people, or are humiliated under the jackboot of the Provists.

Mrs. Strazinka,

While I admire your righteous zeal, we should be reminded of the late Otro Gariushi's words "We are united in purpose, but we must never, ever be united in hate". Otro was speaking of the Gallente in this case, but his words can ring far truer now more than ever that we are facing our own countrymen. The men you will kill will not be jaijii, but kirjuuns, and the innocent caught in the crossfire will be staggering. Much like Otro, I advise caution and conscious about what you demand, because while we destroy each other from the inside our enemies will close in. The State cannot afford this kind of action. Not now at least.

With great respect, Mr. Louvaki, the decency and sensibilities you wish to remind us of, and the restraint you wish to have us excercise, seem to be in short supply within the Caldari Providence Directorate.

The war has begun. It was not started by us. But it shall be ended by us. Tibus Heth has crossed the red line and flung the Caldari State into disorder; we shall mend it and right the ship once more.

I trust the courage, fortitude, and decency of the Caldari Citizen. It is he that I place my faith in for the future of the State, not Tibus Heth.

There will be casualties. There will be blood spilt. But by the time the fog of war has lifted, there will be resolution and there will be, again, a State to be proud in.

I can only hope the sake of you and those who take up your cause that you are right. Until then, my eyes remain on the actions of Jacus Roden and the brave men and women of Caldari State whos lives are now in dire peril from the forces outside as well as within our home. If we intend to judge ourselves able to defend our State, to handle our affairs in the Cluster at large, in any rational way, then we must first fix our internal problems.

And problem number one: Tibus Heth.

To me the State is not an entity, its the people. That includes every Caldari out there; Provist, Liberal, Conservative and Practical, and those under the employ of the Sengokuvaa Corporation regardless of political and racial affiliation. Tibus Heth's demise is underway, and it will be the crushing weight on his own actions that drives the final nail in his coffin. The other Megacorporation are already uneasy with him, and when the coup comes it will be quiet. There will be no great battles, no glory to be had, it will be subtle and instant. The events that plauge us now are a direct result of actions being taken against him, the final grasp of a dying giant as the world built in his name crushes him without the people who actually built it.

By throwing more men into the fire, we only prolong his grasp on power by rallying those who support him to him. I can not in good conscious throw the people under my charge into that kind of fate. Keep the faith Strazinka-hanni, Heth's demise is at hand, we need everyone available to pick up the pieces when the glass dragon shatters.

If every man was to say "we will let someone else take care of it", then nothing would come to fruition. And beyond that, it is not the Caldari way to allow another to take responsibility. We will get the job done.

I'm afraid you misunderstand. I'm not saying 'let someone else take care of it', I'm saying that there are more ways of bringing about change than armed insurrection. I'm not advocating or supporting that in the least, I'm simply cautioning against fanning the flames instead of smothering them. In any regards, I wish you the utmost luck in your endeavors.

Those who are a part of the Summit who have seen me speak recently may be well aware of my stance on Tibus Heth and the Caldari State, and while I can wholly agree that the actions of Provist forces dictate the gain of one man versus the greater good of our nation, I cannot in good conscious subject the employees under my command to the flame of revolution. As Mr. Louvaki has already said, "by throwing more men into the fire, we only prolong [Heth's] grasp on power."

However, that does not mean we shall sit idly by and allow foreign enemies of the State to impede with matters of internal policy. By taking up arms you have instigated a war on two fronts, a war hard that any of the nations would be hard pressed to win. Under my command, a volunteer-only flight of capsuleers, known as the 6th Svalinn Defense Wing, will readily shield Caldari interests whilst these events endure.

We in the Galactic Imperial Navy only hope that those within the Vapautusliike corporation continue to hold true to fundamental Caldari principles in the dark days ahead.
