She reminds me of my latest neighbour, a young woman who has been to jail twice now and for theft. She was on the phone today and complained how unfair probation is and how it is a burden to her. TwistedLol

No, I wouldn't do her. Not even if my minions bathed her, first. I might feed her to the moat monster, though. Anyting with more brains than that would be driven to fatal distraction by her lack of brains.

That said, I think the judge was having a bad day. Her 'Adios' didn't strike me so much as a provocation as simply indicitive of poor judgement.

No. Her "Adios" was disrespectful, because she should have been grateful. Instead, did she not take the judge serious for even one minute. Only after giving him the finger did it come to her and she should have been serious throughout the entire conversation. In short, dumb, judgemental biatch got judged and hated it. Lol

He started the whole grinning "buh bye" thing. She was just returning the favor. If she didn't give him the finger after the story would be about what an ******* he is.

Judges don't have to go through any kind of ethical or even psychological examination before taking the position, which i think attracts people like this guy who like lording power over others than actually dispensing justice.

Seriously, how the hell is she ever going to pay 10k? And for something petty like that? She doesn't seem to be from a rich family, but i could be wrong. He might have just sealed her fate.

With any luck she turns to adult videos to pay it off. Big smile It may be the only legal option she has.

ok I agree that the 10k part was extreme, even the 5k seemed that way. I was referring to the 30 days as being commendable. I know she got caught for possession but last I checked most misdemeanors were under $1000 so I'm wondering if she had a fair amount of this stuff on her and they tacked an intent to distribute on the list.

Not quite as cheerful. Sounds like her case may be thrown out as long as she goes to drug treatment, which means i'm not the only one who thought that other judge was abusing his power.
