I like it. Very clean and good looking. What I ever wondered as a person who has never done web-design. Do you just draw the complete look of the website in a program like Photoshop and then afterwards split it up in different layers for HTML or do you do this side-by-side?

It used to be that you would always do your design in Photoshop first, but the industry has been changing to where the Photoshop design is more of a base mockup.

CSS3 allows you to do many things now that you used to have to rely on the images you sliced in the Photoshop design (rounded corners, shadows).

I've always had my own unique approach though where I generally mockup in HTML/CSS first, using Photoshop to supply images as needed. This is also a better method for responsive design too; designing in the browser.
