Trying to punish AFK DED runner

There is a player in one of the few remaining DED complexes that I would like to hamper his ability to make free money AFK. He (tzamy) sits inside the second pocket of the Yan Jung DED complex in Deltole.

Currently, he sets up his Domi at an optimal point and starts popping turrets with his sentries. I have tried using a wardec vs his one man corp, but he just closes it and opens a new one (and I'm out the money). I have tried bumping him, but he returns to the same spot (using approach location). I have even tried putting my ship closer to the turrets to draw aggro, but the turrets seem to think he's a bigger threat. (I haven't figured out why yet, I've even tried using TP/web/RR ewar - no luck).

I figure he's making more than 80mil a day idling there. One of the main difficulties getting to that location is the requirement of a passkey. (via hidden DED missions)

I'd like to make things difficult for him, but the only option I left is suicide ganking him/hiring mercs. As I don't have the firepower to pop him, I think I'm left with mercs. Anyone have any other ideas before I hire a suicide gank squad?

You are out of money but want to hire someone to gank a battleship?

Roll in with a sniper fit fast locker, and pop the turrets first?

De'Veldrin's Corollary (to Malcanis' Law): Any idea that seeks to limit the ability of a large nullsec bloc to do something in the name of allowing more small groups into sov null will inevitably make it that much harder for small groups to enter sov null.

Could you use a smartbombing alt to pop his sentries? In other words, eliminate his ability to do damage, wait until the towers hurt him enough, then suicide gank him?

1) Fit talos with 100Mn MWD and overdrives and cap rechargers
2) Get 250km+ away.
3) Overheat MWD and bump him @ 8500+ m/s
4) Repeat until he is off grid.

Problem = Solved.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

He won't see that coming.....of course he will.. and all he has do is set his speed and nothing can bump him. (There's a tab on your overview for transversal and angular velocity...like duh.)
