What I did notice however is that you've edited it your bid at 12:59. It first said 18b now it's 17.5b. Not cool. Another point, Mizu made the last bid at exactly 13:00 EVE Time. This is a valid bid, which he did not edit like yours. He has the highest bid when the auction ended after 13:00 EVE time. The character will go to Mizu.
