And I'm sorry man but you not getting 17b for this crachter. Look at like we trading boxers, a price boxer focused to win his weight class will be worth more than an all around Jack of all Trade like your character is. I could go on with a list of skills you are missing or got to lvl 3 it's a long list.

Only reasone why I'm biding for this one is because in maybe 5 month with implants lvl 5 it will be worth around 15-18 bill.

Look at your gunnery skills man it's bad, a 9 million SP character could kick this toons ass in PvP.

Alahril, I think you are looking on the wrong char in eveboard, I have nearly 11 million SP only in Gunnery, all level 4 and 5...

But please be moderate and take it like a man, this isn't a char for you.
