Issues, Workarounds & Localization

I think I've experienced this issue since I started playing the game - I login, and I see I have an unread mail. Cool, I click on the box that pops up notifying me of this to see the mail. But it's an email I've already read. In fact, it will continue to mark itself as unread every time I login for weeks on end.

Delete it after getting annoyed 100x by it, and most often I'll get a notification when I login with another bugged mail doing this.
