Why can't my rookie ship fleet enter FW plex's?

So why are they not allowing rookie ship fleets to enter FW plex's?

I find this strongly unbalanced. I understand that with the new rookie ship changes some people are uncertain about the OPness of rookie ships, however this should be no reason to deny them access to similarly sized combat complexes.

CCP needs to address this issue ASAP.

I would imagine it has something to do with loss....

In a rookie ship loss is much less than any other frigate....

I would imagine it's because of how easy it is to acquire a rookie ship, but I really don't know.

Thats not the point.
Point is that losing free ships equals zero loss of investment.

Are you advocating that it should be risk free to afk farm faction warfare complexes?

With a clean low skill point clone, using a rookie ship, you would be able to afk farm complexes with no risk/investment.

Buy a frig then put stabs on it. Don't use a noob ship with stabs on it.

Why even waste isk on stabs, just find a system with station that has medical and hope they are quick to pod you, then just undock and warp back.... wonder if this process could be automated.

That would only work for defensive plexing - can't dock in enemy FW space

Because people used to abuse them holding plexes open, taking LP or any other number of stupid mechanics that had nothing to do with FW or PVP.

You have to still be able to kill the NPCs that spawn, a rookie ship with 1 civilian gun probably can't do that (I haven't tried)

Not if you pick a complex in a system your faction has control over, then NPC are friendly to you.
