Bounty Office's list - needs improvement?

Is there some script that removes from the WANTED list people who have been offline for several months? If not, then whats the point of having most wanted list with people you will never ever find cause they simply stopped playing?

It should show the "last online" statistic and an option to filter out the long-inactive characters.

No. Because then people couldnt troll the bounty boards by racking up huge bounties then unsubbing that toon.

Since the cessation of their usefulness is imminent, may I appropriate your belongings?

Well thats what they can do now... and bounty list is just trashed with outdated targets.

What i suggest is to make people who are offline for more than 1 month disapear from board untill they come online again.

Another improvement (not related):

I would implement "last seen" mechanic, that would show to bounty hunters where the target have been seen, and that info would be delayed by like 2 days.
