This char sold recently for over 40B, and it had plenty of interest at this price so this is the rough area im looking at.

I would call this rather the exception than the rule, especially given the very low sec status your char has.

However, since you seem to have a pretty good idea of how much do you want for your char, i suggest you change the title from PC to WTS before a GM will move this thread in the PC section of the forum.
