Are there corps replacing POCO's within wormholes and setting tax rates low enough as to create passive income and at the same time not make it worth while for someone to destroy/replace?

If so, are they leaving an alt for later access in case they are attacked?

I doubt that many corps are going around randomly blowing up CO's and installing their own. given the randomness of wormholes there is no guarantee that someone may even move into a particular WH.

There are plenty that when they leave, just set the tax rate low so that hopefully a new inhabitant will just leave them be.

I do this in NPC nullsec...

*edit* I take over the CO/POCO's in the system we move to.... reduce the tax rate for everyone, and then often reduce it further when we move out... I don't do this to every POCO in an entire NPC region... just in the system I base out of....

While we do own tons of pocos, to the point of wanting to rename ourselves to poco cartel. we never bother with wormholes the logistics and the fact that the owners can pew them when we cant defend makes it rather pointless.
