Besides, the quantity of minerals the supercaps represent is less than a day's volume in Jita. With proper use of buy orders, the market wouldn't even notice we were there, even if we hadn't already had them on hand.

People who have invested in BCs
broke people who can't afford to, so they try to convince the investors with incorrect facts that the investment will be bad, even citing SUCCESSFUL past investments to try to back themselves up

Got mine a while back in rens and hek mostly for a fair bit cheaper than jita, and current prices, so I'm happy.

About the usefulness of Tier 1 BC, if Raivi is going through with all the announced changes all Tier 1 BC will be equal if not better compared to their brethren
The Prophecy will be a beast on its own, passive or active fitted with highslots to be used for more damage or neuts or smarties or RR while dishing out drone DPS and sporting a tank close to BS.
The Brutix will start a new era of burst/active armor tank and still delivering DPS, kinda in your face thing.
The Cyclone will be similar to the Brutix.
The Ferox will be similiar to the Prophecy just with shields.

The Cane and Drake will be dethroned after this changes, the Harbinger will still be crap, the Myrmidon stays the same with a better burst tank and little more DPS, maybe the HAM Drake could see a revival.


I doubt there is enough stockpiling to support the market with low price BCs longer than 6 months. These Tier 1 BCs will sell like there is no tomorrow.

Blaster haven't sucked for a while. Have you seen the face melt they can put out? Sure, the range is low, but that's the 'in your face' thing.

yea...Blasters look great on EFT, but by the time you are finally in range to apply said "face melt" your face most of the time molten already, if you are even able to catch up with a armor tanked ship. I guess thats the reason why 99% of the null sec alliances use cane/drake over the other bc`s but sure, blasters rock

I don't know which Eve you are playing but in my Eve neither medium neuts or smarties are useless, especially in short range, especially in smallscale. Hint about the Brutix, it will be the combined changes, +1 low slot and the changes to active armor rep. The Brutix will be very fast and agile but less DPS compared to the old shield 1k DPS setup but a lot more tank. The Cyclone will be similar to the armor Brutix regarding tank, speed and DPS just with shields.
