a) Use T1/Meta modules only.
b) Use officer Modules.....

Compare a t1 (meta 2 or 3) fit t1 cruiser to a t2 fit frigate or destroyer and I think you'll find they stack up pretty favorably, especially after insurance.

Obviously for more expensive hulls (or if you're just looking to 1v1 similar hulls) it doesn't make sense but if a big group like RvB started pushing the idea for cheaper hulls, maybe it would catch on.

I've been flying t1 fit Rifters for a little while now. With the pricing of t2, you can fly meta 3 & 4 for a fraction of the price.

This is why I buy my t2 mods with the certified alchemy stamp. All moon goo components are made from material that has passed through the alchemy process ensure not a single piece of original technetium is used. Sure it may cost a little more, but isn't piece of mind worth.

I was there.
