The Amarrian Expendables is recruiting

We are proud members of the Amarr Empire Faction Warfare Militia.

Are you looking for an FW corp? Will you fight outnumbered? Do you want to improve your PVP skills?

Our ethos is about working with our allies in achieving warzone objectives. We fly a variety of ships, all races, but most of the time sub-Battleship class hulls. We PVP, but also do PVE for isk and warzone control purposes.

We have quite a few pilots who enjoy Logi and Ewar and I am keen to develop our specialist teams, as militia FC's always seem to be short on them.

We encourage all pilots to get into Stealth Bombers as we have just starting joining ops with Bombers Bar and it's great fun. We also sponsor all pilots through PVP University if they desire, and this improves our skills and opens up joining Agony roams for us too.

Now is a great time to join us and help build a friendly, co-operative culture that can lead to a long term successful corporation.

A bit about us:

  • Mainly Frig/Dessie/Cruiser hull sized combat, with some BC/BS when required.
  • Committed to working with our militia.

  • Bombers Bar members for some non-fw fun from time to time.
  • TS3 Voice Comms.
  • A RL > EVE culture with no compulsory ops.


What we are looking for:

Arrow Keen and Active Players.
Arrow Pilots who can accept the non-perfect FW mechanics we have.
Arrow Self Sufficient pilots who are not afraid of losing ships.
Arrow Mature 18+(in attitude at least!) players preferred.
Arrow 5+mil SP. (Prior PVP experience not important).
Arrow Desire to support corp/militia operations.
Arrow All Time zones welcome (Corp mostly UK/EU at present).

This corp will operate amongst a number of expert corporations and alliances within the Amarr Militia, so there will many opportunities to join fleets. The corp will suit both dedicated active players and those casual players that may only log on for 1-2 hours, once or twice a week (same as me).

Faction warfare brings PvP to your doorstep with an easy mix of PvE/PvP at capture sites. Always on adrenaline, with plenty of funds to be made to support your habit, you can log in, ship out, blow up stuff and die in a fire and be back to the Mrs inside 90mins or less.

I believe FW to be the true end game for part-time players. Avoid the grind and the 2hours waiting for a fleet to form up to then maybe Titan Bridge on an enemy if they don't run. This is what has become the standard boredom of 0.0.

We have been growing steadily and building a good core team. Recruitment is still open and we are looking for pilots that will fit in well with us. (Farmers and freeloaders wanting to be in Amarr just because we are Tier 4 need not apply).
