This character is for sale. Can fly all 4 factions strategic cruisers and all skills to level 5 including sub-systems (Legion, Loki, Tengu & Proteus. This character has perfect scanning skills enabling you to find wormholes, anomalies, etc. easily. Need a fleet booster, no problem because this character has perfect leadership skills. This character serves a very very specific purpose and that is fleet command being able to boost entire fleets while also preforming on grid probing for fleet warps. Subcaps and drone skills outside that role are just a bonus resulting from the fact that there was nothing left to train in that role. Hence the high price tag because this is not something you come across everyday.
