Yes, we do. Generally this is 5% if you have more than one character at once.

To Clarify:

Character A = 100%
Character B = 95%
Character C = 90%
Character D = 85%

We don't offer discounts past the 4th character as standings are only shared between 5 people in fleet = The mission runner and 4 others, and we provide these discounts only if all of them are in the same fleet at the same time.

Storyline missions do not share faction standing to fleet members. We can "repair" Faction standings to a degree, but not by the usual methods. It's a barely used and not particularly successful procedure.
