Sorry but looking for more SP to be honest. For 8B I would hope to get more on the lines of 30m sp.

Not trying to be a troll or be an ass or anything, but you need to do some market research. The only way you're getting 30 mill SP for 8 bill isk is if the toon has 20 mill of useless wasted SP. Especially if you are looking for a tengu pilot (which comes at a premium), you're realistically looking at 14-20 mill SP for 8 bill isk on a well trained character.
