James 315 broke eula rules long time ago, wonder he still here, things like " pay me virtual goods or you wont be able to play eve" is harresment and action against eula, ofc is my opinion.

Ps.Im not miners defender and im not against idea to make miners life in eve harder etc, hovewer i think his behavoir broke meny eula points, as you see you can avoid eula if CCP decide to give you VIP status ;)

It's your opinion that asking for ISK in exchange for not ganking is against the EULA? How is that an opinion? Do you know what an opinion is?

That's like me saying it's my opinion that the Earth is flat...

Moreover, if you think asking payment in return for safety is harassment, I'd love to hear what you have to say about straight up ganking, no negotiations involved. =)

Kamikaze atacks are ok, they are part of game and part of risk, while harrasing people by forcing them to pay isk because i do x thing to you are totaly against eula, stalking and harassment are agains eula.

Here we go with eula.

Read point 1 and 4, where you can see that (James 315 "role-playing" playing cant be used as excuse)
http://community.eveonline.com/pnp/terms.asp

Well seeing how ccp said miner bumping is ok and have not acted on hundreds of petitions pretty sure it isn't againt the eula. But try harder

Miners bumping is ok because EvE is santbox where people can do what they want, end even harassmen is against eula CCP alow this kind of harassment, because lack of definition what is good or what is bad, hovewer like you mention here for sure hundreds of petitions form people who feel that somone harrasing them.

I can compare "Give me isk or you wont be able to play EvE" to give me isk or i spam your mailbox everyday and every day i will spam your private message window, Thank God it never happens because of block mechanic which protect people from idiots.

I challenge you to provide one example of James 315 or the New Order ever preventing someone from playing EVE. We've stopped a lot of miners from mining, but never interfered with their right to sit in station and spin their ship.

On the contrary, many Highsec dwellers played EVE for their very first time due to James 315 and the New Order.

James 315 for CSM 8!

Highsec is owned by players now. Systems 0.5-1.0 are New Order Territory. All miners and other residents of Highsec must obey The Code. Mining without a permit is dangerous and harmful to the EVE community. See www.MinerBumping.com

There was a CSM rep from highsec, "Ankdrivesamini" or something like that. If I recall right, she, wanted to see pirates lose SP, sec status loss be permanent and then got booted off the council for breaking a NDA.

Anyway, Highsec doesn't need a rep, they vote with their wallets. P.

Exactly, James 315 actually was making them play EVE. Left alone they would not have played EVE, instead being afk.

James 315, the candidate highsec needs.

315 4 CSM8.

I can't think of a better candidate. James has taken so much of his free time to make sure that the miners of HiSec have a chance to be welcomed, meet new friends, and feel like part of something. The New Order is a gracious group of people, willing to help new players out, and go out of their way to spread friendship throughout all of HiSec.

HiSec is a better place for having who cares so much about the people in it. Seeing the democratically elected Savior of HiSec in the CSM is one of the best things that could happen to this community.

Do I have time to sub a few more accounts to vote for James 315? As it stands, I'm torn on this. As a shareholder, I feel it is my duty to vote for James 315 and a better high-sec. As a non-AFK player of the game, I feel my votes are best spent on Malcanis and a better high-sec.

Decisions...

Yeah, unless someone pretty bloody amazing begins campaigning I'll be voting for James and Malcanis, too.

I've been reading James' writing since Manifesto Two. When he announced his taking of the Halaima system I didn't think much of it - who could have imagined his New Order thing would catch on and become as powerful as it is today? I want to vote for him because I love his blog and I think voting for him would be funny, but I also believe he could do a great job if he wanted to. James believes in the highsec and emergent gameplay I want to see in EVE. He's intelligent and capable.

Although I'm still not sure how seriously he'd take the CSM if he was voted up, which is a bit of a worry vOv

James 315 stands for making Highsec an enjoyable and interactive region of space for all players. A place where players don't feel that to "play" the game they "have" to go AFK. James 315 will bring a vision of Highsec that is clearly articulated and important for the game at its current state of development.

Now is the time for us, the players of EVE, to start looking at the various CSM candidates and to start making some noise about what we are looking for. The future of the game is impacted by the CSM and, in theory, the CSM are chosen by the players to represent the players.

Shocked

James 315 is nothing more than a Barracuda.

James 315 has promoted a lot of Heartless actions towards high security citizens.

James 315 would have been dusted a long time ago If Looks Could Kill.

James 315 is gonna have to Even It Up a lot before he get's high security votes.

Why not defer your decision until the man himself announces he's running...?

Looks like we're getting some decent candidates for CSM this year, as a single account holder I'm somewhat torn between Malcanis and James 315.

Looks like we're living in interesting times.

In the beginning there was nothing, which exploded.

Whether James gets my second vote really comes down to how serious he is about his candidacy, so I'll be voting pretty late. Besides, I may just make a deal with a friend to resub his two accounts for a month and not have to worry about this.

You don't make a speech in front of a crowd of several hundred capsuleers to announce your candidacy unless you're actually serious about running.

I quite agree. Perhaps I should have said "how serious he is about his possible CSM seat." Unlike a lot of "casual" players, I take the CSM seriously because I see real value in it. No insults meant here, I am just as serious about a James vote.
