Hello Everyone just wanna share my experience with eve online customer service (cause i feel like i have to :D) so the thing is i made a mistake by making my 60 months playtime "playtime" rather than PLEX by activating the code via online (not via Convert ETC) then i made a petition to the GM team, the GM team response in less than a week, and now my game time become PLEX, hooray Big smileBig smileBig smileBig smile Big smile for the GM, thanks for the awesome service :)

So you picked the wrong option to redeem your plex, along with posting about it in a randomly picked unrelated part of the forum, along with posting GM communications which is fairly against the rules.

CCP does have customer service, and from my experience with it, it's quite good. I've seen only a few better ones and a crapmegaton of worse ones, including some big-named companies.

Confirming that CCP does have a Customer Service Department which, in my opinion, are very good at what they do.

I agree, both petitions I've filed in my 6 years were dealt with in a 24 hour period.

1 of them was a hacked account too... got everything back except for 1 geddon that was docked in hostile territory but I forgive CCP for that indiscretion Straight

Recently accidentally activated three 60 day GTC on one account instead of three, customer service rep fixed it all up :)
