Corporate Roles Question

Am I missing something really obvious, but is there no way of allowing a member to start corporate Science and Industry jobs (for example, copying or researching a BPO at a POS lab, or manufacturing from a BPO in corp hanger) without also giving someone the ability to cancel any and all outstanding corporate Science and Industry jobs?

I am going to guess that there have been a number of similar threads in the past, and if this is the case I would appretiate a link to any such threads. I did have a quick look to locate any similar threads before I posted this, but was unable to find any.

one of the many huge gaping security holes in corp roles :( pos roles, factory and lab roles, you name it, there's a hole in it somewhere Roll

Yes, very much so.
One of these years, CCP will actually get around to completely revamping the roles system with a more granular NTFS permissions like setup - and redesigning the S&I interface to be less of a click-fest, and the POS interface (you get the picture).

Would be a nice quick fix if only directors could cancel corp industry jobs started by other people. Or nobody but the starter could. Either is better than what is there now.

Since CCP are supposed to be fixing little things in Winter expansion this would be a good one.

Even directors can't cancel corp market orders made by other people so it's pretty inconsistent.

I gate corporate title and role management. Have been using it for six years and still can't get used to them.

The CSM XI Election are now open until March 25th, 2016. Consider Niko Lorenzio for CSM XI.
