Sin is still viable as a support Blops, for instance (neuts, rr's, energy transfers), also it's dps have been all but buffed after the introduction of DDAs.
On my characters i have total of three Blops, all but Panther. And i love them all equally. I'll love them even more after the jump range boost \o/

Its role is to log on halfway through the op when the gang has already worked around not having it present.
