This is kind of a nub-ish question, for which I apologize, but I haven't missioned in a very long time, so could someone tell me:

do level 4 security missions from a .5 security system yield much more in ISK and LP than missions done in a system closer to .8 or 1.0? If so, is the difference great enough that it would be worth specifically shooting for a mission hub in .5 space?

I can't seem to find any info on this less than 4+ years old, so any input appreciated.

They pay more, but some .5 hubs send you into low sec.

How high a sec status would be needed to avoid that, then? .7? Or just .6?

when you search for a LVL-4 agent check thier sytem and see if they have an adjacent low sec system, as most LVL-4 missions spawn in the 'Next Door' system you wan to avoid agents in systems that border Low sec. The exception to this rule is if the low sec is a single pocket with only one entrance and exit, though still not an ideal area know that anything that pops up in local is not passing through makes the GTFO decision easier.

I found doing missions for Garoun Bank in Aclan worked really well, pretty much every mission spawned in Aclan or next door in Jaserchis. There are many more like this but it should give you an example of what to look for.

The best thing to do is find a LVL-4 agent for each faction in a .5 system and rotate your grinding between them, keep a balance on your standings and get >5.0 standings with each faction

Things that keep me up at night;  Why do we use a voice communication device to send telegraphs? Moore's Law should state, Once you have paid off the last PC upgrade you will need another.

Agent location = A difference of 0.1 in system security level from 1.0 down to 0.0 translates into a 10% increase in rewards per system security level.

So an Agent in 0.5 system should pay 50% more than an Agent in 1.0 system.
