Looking to buy a maxed booster preferably with at least one or two racial command ship skills. (ideally damnation/absolution but will accept others). Also needs to be able to fly an orca. Willing to look at a T3 booster instead of a command ship but char will have to be awesome ;)

Budget is 13bn, looking for a fast deal.
