So how long now do I have to wait for the isk to be returned....? Evil

Cause its very frustrating and annoying to be scammed like this. Whats the 10 hour delay period for anyways? I thought it was implemented to tackle scams such as this one...

Well, tough ****. I petitioned yesterday immediately after the isk was sent. Not going to back up because you are trying to scam.

So hopefully, I will get my isk back by the end of the week.
