Give Cloaking the ASB / AAR treatment

AFK Cloaking - problem.

Cloak cycle time - 1 minute
Reload time - 5 minutes
Capacity - 30 charges for covert ops cloaks (30 minutes before reload), 15 for non covops cloaks (15 minutes before reload)
Charges are required to cloak

AFK cloaking - solved.

*updated the cycle time to reflect bombers, etc, need to de-cloak in a reasonable amount of time. See my reply in this thread here for more information and justification.

This one is by far the worst idea about cloaking I have read, from all of them. Ever.

Huh so a worm hole liver has never opened a hole to another wormhole and ran sites in the neighboring worm hole and did some PvP the same way.

Noone has ever been killed by a cloaked player.


In order to killsomeone they have to stop being afk and uncloak.
