oh yeah if we're going to compare the risks in holding tech moons with the risks in hisec ice mining, let's go

if your tech moon gets reinforced, you can either give up and lose the moon when they return after the timer to siege it and drop their own tower, or you can defend it by putting your ships on the field along with triage carriers to rep it past 50% to restront - if hostiles decide to engage anyway, and are successful, you lose a bunch of triage carriers and possibly a fleet, and the only way to get that moon back is to reinforce it yourself, possibly with the need to kite it so that it comes out in a timezone favorable to you - this is not fun or effortless

if your mackinaw gets suicide ganked, you buy another one for a couple hundred mil

so yeah, tech moons are completely effortless and risk-free

Can we compare the fire power needed to take out a large tower vs. a Machinaw too?

Impresive.

I'm only up to 12 accounts, but who knows where it goes. Like you I like to push limits and see what happens.

You sir are an inspiration :-)

Also people need to understand it doesn't really matter how many miners you multibox. It takes just as long to mine a block of ice with one miner as it does to mine two blocks of ice with two miners. Weather I'm multiboxing one account or a million it takes the same amount of mining. The only thing that doesn't scale is set up time and what not but there are ways to mitigate that.

I do have a question. What do you mean by ISBoxer can't handle more that 16 accounts on one box. What exactly happens? I was hoping to use one box to go more than 16 accounts. My box seems to handle 12 without even blinking if I turn down all the graphic settings and resolution to minimum values.

Anyway, keep up the good work. It's nice to have a hobby :-)

Oh and nice video!

at the very least you use key stroke replication.

When this fleet first appeared near the system that I frequently min...visit, I packed my junk and moved out immediately Shocked but now that I've been keeping a close eye on this matter I think it's a pretty awesome fleet you got there Blink

I've never seen you actually undock but the video shows it all. \o/

So next time you're about to go mining, send me a message ASAP! :>

If by "key stroke replication" you mean broadcasting a keystroke to multiple clients then it is not "botting" and not against the rules.

Well for laying out the windows isboxer has no option that I have found for a 17th window. But you can use more then one computer and have 16 per computer. So that will work.

Bummer I was hoping to get at least 24 on one box. Oh well, I will experiment and see what I can come up with. Thanks for the heads up :-)

No do not use key stroke replication.. No real need.. Just do what you need on each client and go to the next..

On all 4 mining computers I will pull up all the clients each screen stacked. Use a hot key to undock and then windowskey down arrow to the next client undock repeate. Or undock computer 1 undock computer 2 then 3 then 4 back to 1 warp to belt 2 warp to belt 3 warp to belt then 4 back to 1 start mining minize undock next client computer 2 start mining minimize undoc etc. so just keep doing a circle over all 4 computers for 25 clients per computer. Takes only a few min to get all the guys out to the belt and start mining so then wait about 25 to 30 min with all the clients out. first ones that were sent out should be first ones full do dock up pretty much same thing as before just backwards.

Really not that hard and no need to use bot software.

CCP better hope that you don't decide to quit. If your number is anywhere close to accurate :: $20K/month will pay for about 2 employees + benefits.

Awesome vidz dude. I really like how you showed the same scene from different perspectives and zoomed in from different angles.

We could have made a video of the masstest yesterday using your techniques.

Good job. Good work. It was in real time.

I can take a vidoe of the Jita undock and type whatever I want on the video...and I guess we will all just have to believe that all of Jita is just me controlling 450+ accounts.

Heh. All true. Still an impressive freight train of barges.
James 315 must be spinning like a top.

Thanks. I am working on getting my guys ready for another one.. I want to do 140 Battleships.. Not sure if I want to do all the same or some of everyone..

You should train them all up for capitals. you could be a one man PL.

Anyway, that is very very impressive, I like it how you found what you wanted to do and did it, you make me proud to play this game. Don't worry about James315, he only goes after the bots and their aspirants, you seem to be almost code compliant (just need to pay 1B isk....)
