Seriously CCP. I thank you again for the changes to the hull. It looks absolutely fantastic. It is still just as what I view it as since you first changed it. My love only grows as each day passes. At this rate, I'm never flying another hull. The Vindicator looks too sexy.

I 100% agree with this, the mega is by far the sexiest Subcap Hull.

Is it worth buying one for lvl 4 missions, or is it, as I have always presumed, more of a pvp ship?

I'd probably get flamed for this set up. But I wanted it to be cap stable with MWD off with a 900DPS tank. I don't pay attention when I L4. I just turn the guns on. Two minutes later turn them back on again. Not efficient, but I am lazy and do other things while it is tanking.

Some stats with nearly perfect skills.

896 with Null @ 18+34KM
1255 with Void @ 9.5+12KM
887 shield tank
76.9% 81.6% 86.2% 88.5%

A beast for my purposes. You can definitely fit this better for a blitz fit. But this is best for myself. Tank all missions without a sweat and be AFK lol

I'll respectfully diagree. I don't hate the Mega, but the 'bridge' portion reminds me too much of a real-world supertanker.

I agree with what you say, but for me, this is what works for the Megathron.

We all know how massive a super-tanker looks in real life, and I think at an almost subliminal level, this carries into how one sees the Megathron.

Massive and imposing.

The Megathron just has battle-field 'presence' allied to graceful lines.
