Still no feedback from te GM team as to my petition or mails

Seems there is no-one working for CCP GM team anymore

Not sure exactly what that is saying but it looks like you are saying it was the character you bought that was banned.

Could be the character was either stolen or involved in RMT before you owned it and you were unlucky and bought it at the wrong time. This is not uncommon.

CCP is usually pretty good at communicating, in vague and non informative mails granted, but they do communicate. Just keep bugging them until you get an answer.

not the above bought plex and sended isk to my second account, so if i got banned for that then i think 90 % of eve is about to loose there accounts :(

I don't know you are having such issues, I've often gotten responses to petitions within 36 hours.

The only guess I have now is that they just let go a LOT of people who would handle your petition, so you may be lost in the stack.

I'd open a new petition.

Still no reply and no update on my petitions


I must give CCP 0/10 for customer support and response time

Will give it till monday and then escalate to CSM and see if the CCP babysitters can assist

You sound legit, hope your troubles are merely statistical and you get back up and running soon. Personally ive launched maybe 3 petitions in my time here and had a good quick response to 2 and the third was an error on my part anyway.... so all in all, decent service.

Why should it take so long when an account is hacked?

It should be as simple as opening IP address logs, finding the ip of which opend the account, following to see if tis the same (or similar i know nto everyone have statics, but if you tracert it it goes to the same place/company)

Finding the point of which the forign ip access the account, and issuing a rollback to that point, and a SP re-embursment for the time in between there and the time the account is usable by the owner again.


I'm all for CCP's re-shuffle of staff.... but not at the expense of the GMS's that handle eve's petitions!

Any news? Even if you were botting or RMT you should at least get a reason.

Banning accounts with no correspondence is just not good.

Hi anyone ever notice that you need to log in to load a petition with the account that is banned ???

Your not able to log in with banned accounts and therefore can not log a petition with them :(

Well still no feedback and no advice Oops

so was the answer that you bought a character that was suspected of RMT and they banned the character (and your other accounts) after you purchased it?

if so CCP has a **** poor track record on acting after the fact.

too often I hear that someone buys a toon off the bazaar and then CCP bans it post sale.

you guys need to fix that crap
