Hello again, Intergalactic Summit.

This is a Public service Announcement created for three reasons.

Firstly, I have returned to my Capsuleer position after being gone for nearly two years and eight months, and will resume where I left off. Those of you who knew me will recieve notifications of this by mail directing you to this post. Why not just do that, you might wonder? Well, that has to do with reasons two and three.

Second, because CONCORD directives claims that a dead Capsuleer can't own possessions or rights, I had to remove myself without legally dying. I did this and installed a stand-in of sorts, to maintain ownership of all my assets and Capsuleer rights. Then I sought out and thourougly silenced a danger to my family.

While it took me a while, I'm back and my stand-in is now, ironically, legally dead - replaced as planned. This is the notice to any companions, friends or associates he might have gained. I would like to spend this moment appologizing for the deception and the un-needed distress this news might bring anyone. While this deception was needed it was not aimed at anyone here and thus, may have caused collateral emotional damage. I'm sorry. This was not my intent.

And lastly, I note with some respect that my late stand-in has maintained my employment. Very practical for my needs. However, my priorities have now changed and it is time to move on.

I seek new employment and are available for hire. Details can be examined in the ACRC division of the IGS, and all responces regarding recruitment should be directed to it's proper location. Thank you all for your time.

Faking one's own (permanent) death seems to be an interestingly common phenomenon among capsuleers, especially those who frequent the IGS. It's certainly so common that I now tend to disbelieve notices of such deaths as a matter of course.

There must be some kind of underlying psychological mechanism at work, here. An extreme form of stress coping, perhaps? Somebody ought to do a research paper on the topic.

It was effective enough for my needs - the intended target believed it.

Beyond that I could care less how often it happens - or what you believe - my execution of the act served a purpose and was ultimately an effective way to gain my desired results. Now that there is no more need for the deception I have dropped the ruse and will continue where I left off.
