Was wondering if anyone can post here the perfect orca skills for mining in hisec/null and i should train for something specific in hisec?

Mining foreman 5
Mining director 5
Industrial command ships 5
Warfare link specialist 5(boosts gang links)

This combined with the mining foreman mindlink implant and T2 mining ganklinks will give you max boosts.

All leadership skills are good to have, especially the warfare ones. You need to leader ship skills for the level you are boosting from, Full fleet boost needs Fleet Commander skill, Wing boost needs wing commander skill, etc. Since you are the booster anyway, each warfare skill ads some bonuses even without the ganklink equipped. Extra shields, extra armor, extra agility, it all helps.

After training for a Orca and a Rorqual, I put my booster into a Rattlesnake for additional mission DPS (requires drone skills, like Orca & Rorqual).

Currently doing Gallente Cruiser 5 for a Gila (another drone boat). Probably do command ship next (only needs cruiser 5 skills), logistics, and polish carriers (already has Caldari & Gallente carriers because of Rattlesnake, also carriers use drone & logistics skills).
