hello can sonone help me please when is the blog about this years CSM elections comeing out please thank you and who do you think will be on it and witch CSm members who are on it now will be running for another term in office

No one knows the timeline for sure at this point, but Ripard Teg's guess at it here is probably accurate.

As to who is and is not running, Xander (host of Crossing Zebras) has a list he's maintaining here that includes both people who've confirmed they're running as well as those who have not. The latter is mostly current CSM7 members; 7 of the 14 have confirmed they're not running again.
