For that price is good char, but don't understand why not trained capacitor improving skills Roll ...

"Tengu pilot" - Hmmmm correctly need "say" focus tu caldari ships ... Because subs bonuses gone[necessary lvl5],
and focus to passive tank ...
More focused to Drake/CNR than Tengu Blink

Yeah when I quit Eve a few years back there was no Tengu's, I've been training them since I came back a few weeks ago to make him more appealing. If I don't get a good offer on him I'll train his sub skills to V completely and probably make him a Fleet Booster, then try to resell him.

Also I plugged in Missile Guidance Precision to IV this morning, I really appreciate the constructive criticism Achmed. I'll also work on his cap skills and I'm sure I'll get a decent price out of him eventually.

Starting bid is still only 7b

Again Achmed thank you for the great constructive Critcism. Man 9m in leadership skills to make that pilot so great. >.< that's alot of training and sitting on this guy. Its definately something to consider though.

I don't think say train all at 5lvl. example to rank 2 at 5lvl, and others to 4lvl :) I know for all 5lvl is about 1year ....
If get for him 9-10Bil. Sell and forget him :) [that only my minds, no more]. Go to bed, good luck ....

Today eveboard not working[Bug/Error], thats is really bad, many buyers can't see skill sheet .... Evemon not working too, something wrong with API keys .. Evemon told me "8hours skill quelle inactive"
