The only way to raise faction standings is to run "Important Storyline Mission"s. Those can be COSMOS missions or your every 16th normal mission (lvl1-lvl4) and ofc the Epic Arc missions that are only available with rather high standings.
You have to accept the missions yourself and lead the person that helps you into those deadspace pockets.

Havent read about such services yet. But i think its possible. I would however suggest that you get access to lvl4 missions first.
