Actually, no.

Having worked at a McDonalds for a few months when I was all of 16 yo, their food has just about the shortest shelf life imaginable.

Any food left out waiting for 20 minutes was summarily thrown out by requirement. It degrades extremely quickly.

Indeed. I don't really see a problem with that, and anyone that say otherwise is just full of them self and best come off it. American, European, does not matter, they were honoring a mans memory, and it is a way to deal with loss.

Just as I raised a toast to my dead uncle when I got the news, just a way to remember him by. He was dead so it was purely for my own sake.

The man might have had poor tastes when he was alive, since fast food usually taste pretty bad, but eh, if thats his thing so be it.

I must say for myself, that Im eagerly awaiting Carls Jr to open in our local mall down here in Panama, it opens this weekend!

I´m still waiting to see if the Cheesecake Factory will ever open down here :(

I recall a woman who put a biv mac on a shelf and 3 months later it looked exactly the same. The only difference was there was no smell and the dog wasnt interested. This was in America which I gather dosnt have as strict food laws.
