Yes , because skills are mixed, non PVP/PVE and non builder focused ...
For PVP/PVE alot SP wasted by building[industry]
For Builder alot SP wasted for PVP/PVE skills

Buuut for someone this mix maybe perfect ...

Well 31bil is fair.. your skills are a mess.. if all 123 were in combat or indy you would be correct. Fact is your 50/50 very very few want jack of all trades. Because of this you only have around 60 mill effective sp either way

I agree completely, I love his skillset, but only need him for Manufacturing, industry, the other skills are sadly wasted at this point. (A dedicated Cap toon is way better than a jack) I love this toon though and am trying to convince myself to find a way to buy him.
