Contracts should be targeted for
Persons
Corporations
Alliances
Militias
Faction Standings
Personal Standings

or in general, whatever filter Eve Online already applies to players, corporations, alliances, etc.. in-game.

Mostly I'm interested in being able to assign contracts to my militia, but this sort of feature ought to be generalized.
