WTB Nightmare/Machariel/Ratlesnake Pilot--18 Billion Budget

Looking to buy a pilot that can fly either a Nightmare, Machariel, or Ratlesnake.

Strongly Recommended -- The character should meet most of these requirements

-Level 4 for both battleship skills required any one of the ships
-Level 5 Skills in Gunnery/Missiles for the respective ships
-T2 Sentry Drones for Rattlesnake Pilot
-300k SP in Social skills
-Good shield tanking skills for all pilots

Moderately Recommended -- I will be willing to pay more if the character has these

-Starbase Defense Management Level 4+
-All Astrometrics skills Level 4+
-Frigate and cruiser skills at Level 5
-Cybernetics Level 5
-Thermodynamics Level 4+
-Drone Interfacing Level 4+

"Lightly" Recommended -- For each one fulfilled, I will be willing to throw in a bit more ISK

-Close to or inside the Metropolis region
-5+ Faction standings with Minmatar
-Nice implants
-No standings below -2 with any of the 4 main factions


18 Billion is my max budget.

I like your pilot, and I'll keep it in mind if I can't find another character. But it's not quite what I want--not enough shield, projectile, and minmatar skills.
