WTB 2 combat characters - 10b budget for each - maybe with good caldari / amarr standings too ?

I need two characters under 10m SP, if they have 6++ Caldari / Amarr standings, even better.

I am not picky about training as long as they are combat focused and not too dumb trained. Can be a tengu pilot - caldari carebear, minnie / gallente / amarr, does not matter to me.

THIS IS NOT A MUST, but If your character has at least 6 caldari / amarr faction standings, it would be a good selling point.

budget : up to 10b EACH, minimum 10m SP, can be lower only if he has excellent standings and is perfectly trained for his SP.
