Clearly it shouldn't be Sov mechanics.

The first priority should be sorting out MoonGoo, replacing it with a bottoms up economy for 0.0

Moongoo just robbed the game of content in 0.0. If you believe the propaganda and think it was Sov mechanics you are very very naive. Sure Sov mechanics could and should be better but they didn't stop the last x wars all through 2012 did they. Moongoo is destroying the game right now and just has to be fixed.
