As says above. Caps must be caldari carrier or dread or both as well as rorqual welcome. Post or mail loctus. 3rd party will be used chribba or grendal or taggarted. Pos needs to be gunned apporiately. Hangers and arrays present. Also interssted in ammo factory and ship arrays.
