If the moon was made of Cheese how many people would it take to eat it?

The US Dept. Of Agriculture estimates that the average person in the United States eats .5 lbs of meat, 1.6 lbs of dairy products, .2 lbs of fats and oils, .8 lbs of fruits, .7 lbs. Once you crunch the numbers, think of it: all that cheese would turn to poo, and so the single safest way to get rid of it would be to replace the cheese-moon with a poo-moon. But, to the number crunchers... how much would weight the poo-moon if ti was built solely on the digested cheese from the old cheese-moon?
